An extremely pleasant experience. The restaurant was barely occupied when we visited around 8.30pm. The Gold Coin, Tomato Soup and Spring Rolls had that classic nostalgic taste and were delicious. The Chicken Banjara Kebab, recommended by the waitstaff was a highlight- tender, juicy and full of flavour. The veg soft noodles, again was a blast from the past with its trademark Hyderabadi Chinese flavour. We wanted to play it safe with the curry as were recommended the butter chicken, it was tasty and quite standard fare, no complaints. The food had this 90s multicuisine restaurant vibe and flavour to it that I’d quite forgotten about and this was a pleasant reminder. It must be noted that this place is quite expensive but that’s mitigated by the generous portion sizes. The kebab was 500 bucks but came with atleast 10 pieces. The butter chicken was 600- you get the idea here. Finally, it’s safe to say that this place is a landmark that’s sustained its quality over decades and is an easy recommend, one of Hyderabad’s best restaurants. Bonus points for not including a service charge and that spectacular view!
I was with my family. We enjoyed the food. It was very tasty and served hot. Service was excellent. Price seems to be on the higher side. Overall good experience.
Only thing that I didnt like is service team asking for tips even when it was paid online with bill.
Good ambience,it has got City view as its on the top floor. Food has got nice flavor. Parking is not much of a problem if come at right time and courteous staff.
We had some beer and a cocktail.
